How much does shipping cost? We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. Orders under that ship for a flat rate of £3.75. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping then takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

My tracking hasn't updated / my package is late. What should I do? Carrier tracking can occasionally lag. If your tracking hasn't moved in 3 business days or your package is significantly delayed, reach out to info@zenpawpets.co.uk and we'll investigate right away.

How should I store food and treats? Store dry food in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Refrigerate or freeze fresh and perishable items as noted on the packaging. Check the best-by date on each product.

Are your products cruelty-free / sustainably sourced? We prioritize brands committed to ethical sourcing and sustainable packaging. Also all our products are not animal tested.

How does auto-ship work? Subscribe to your pet's essentials and we'll automatically ship them on a schedule — every 60 Days. You save 10% on every recurring order and never run out of Zenpaw again.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel a subscription? Anytime, no fees. Manage your delivery dates, skip a shipment, or cancel entirely from your account dashboard, or just email us and we'll handle it.

When am I charged for subscription orders? Your card is charged when each order is processed, 1–2 days before it ships.
