At Zenpaw Pets, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Costs

• Postage & Packaging: £3.49 per order.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of receiving your order. During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.

Delivery Service

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing a tracked delivery service so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor its progress.
